New ADERE Service Channel!


We at ADERE are always looking for solutions to provide the best service to all who interact with us. So now we have a WhatsApp number!

It is very important that all contact requests are made exclusively through our two official channels: WhatsApp or Site. The way is quite easy. See below how to do it!

WhatsApp ADERE

Mode 1:

  •  Add the number ADERE (19) 99953.0576 to your cell phone's contacts.
  •  Open your WhatsApp and search for the saved contact.
  •  Start your conversation

Mode 2:

  • Access the website by cell phone.
  • Click on the WhatsApp button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Fill in the necessary information.
  •  Start your conversation!

Mode 3:

  • Access the website through the computer.
  •  Click on the WhatsApp button at the bottom of the screen.
  •  Fill in the necessary information.
  • Click "start the conversation" and you will be directed to WhatsApp Web.
  •  Validate your device's QR Code for the web version.
  •  Start your conversation! 

Important Considerations !!!

• Service from Monday to Friday (except holidays), from 8 am to 5 pm

• Whastapp service is exclusive for text and audio messages. We do not receive calls at that number.

• For issues related to orders that have already been delivered (exchanges, doubts, financial, etc.), register your request through our website in the Service menu / Contact us / I have a complaint to ADERE.

• For 2nd copy of slips (not due or due within 5 days), visit our website in the Service menu / 2nd slip. You need to have the CNPJ number and invoice number to access your boleto!

• For slips overdue for more than 5 days, contact can be made directly by phone (19) 2104.0733

• Our full team is working remotely to ensure security and agility in your service, so the service by PABX or 0800 number will soon be deactivated.
